We came because my husband has been missing chicken wings, and this spot has the best ones. He gets it without sauce, but we did try the Buffalo sauce. And it's not the same as the states. If you are unsure, just ask for it on the side. I also tried their quesadilla. If it comes in small or large. Protein options include chicken, pork, cheese, and vegetarian. Served with guacamole, sour cream, and Pico de Gallo. That's my go-to dish. I love it with chicken. Next dish I highly recommend are the muscles in the wine cream sauce served with sliced baguettes. Malt South is a very typical bar for Los Angeles, but in Vietnam, it's a rare gem. My wife and I ordered 4 items. I got 2 lbs of chicken wings 1 pound with Buffalo sauce and 1 plain. My wife got a chicken quesadilla and the loaded fries with brisket. All in all, everything was good. Not to say I don't have a few issues here and there, but by and large, the food was fantastic. In the middle of the room they have a shuffle board set up. Again, very common for LA, super rare in VN. Excellent pub to catch up with friends in District 7. Veey popular during evenings and weekend. Good range of beer, food has been tasty but last time, I ordered beef brisket, but it was delivered dry and tasteless, was very disappointed with the brisket. I usually get the burger or platter.
