Pay a small deposit to reserve your bike in advance. (We do usually have bikes available but we can't guarantee a particular model without a deposit).

Come to our office on your reservation date. Pay the rental fee and security deposit and receive your bike.

We are available 24 hours/day to resolve any problems you may encounter. Just call our emergency hotline. If your bike requires any repairs other than a flat tire, we'll pay for it.

Return the bike to one of our offices or ship it from any major train station. As soon as the undamaged bike is in our possession, we will refund your deposit, usually within the hour.
