The apartment is located at the TOP CORNER of a historical building, which was previously built by American to serve their people during the Vietnam War and then taken over by Vietnamese Government after Reunification day in 1975. Residents here are almost Saigoneses who or whose family members have been working for the Government. Living here, you can find many interesting things about the daily life of Saigon locals, especially commoners who fights from day to day to earn a living.

- 0.4 km to Ben Thanh Market, Bitexco Financial Tower, Saigon Skydeck, Nguyen Hue walking street;

- 1 km to the Independence Palace, Tao Dan park, Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, Saigon Central Post Office;

- Only 20m – 500m to a dozen convenience stores (circle K, B’s mart), nightclubs, bars, pubs, and shopping malls. Banking services and ATMs are all around.

Regarding the apartment: It is not easy to find such a good place in Saigon with a direct view to the Iconic Bitexco Tower. The panorama scene from the window is just amazingly wonderful.

For your most pleasant experience, I have provided full amenities for the apartment with:

- A cable TV with internet access. Users can choose either famous TV channels or TV Apps (Youtube) for entertainment;

- Air-con, ceiling fan, washer & dryer, spacious fridge, microwave, bread toaster, water boiler and basic kitchenware sufficient for self-cooking. They are all brand new and excellently functioning;

- Bathroom with hot shower, Vietnamese herbal body care products (including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), a hair-dryer and cotton towels replaced for every new arrival;

- High-quality Vietnamese coffee and tea for free. Teapot and coffee maker are also available;

- A very comfortable armchair near the window for you to enjoy the view to Bitexco, Takashimaya towers and watch the Saigoneses’ bustle and hustle living pace.

You will save a huge of personal cost if you do everything on your own, otherwise, you still make more saving than living in other places because the services offered by my neighbors are very cheap. (Cleaning services ~ US$5-10, laundry ~ US$1/kg).

Lovely place to stay over. It was a great time to stay here. The room was clean and very beautiful and stylish. Comfortable bed and facilities. The location was great where you can find a good food and it was in the center city in hanoi where u can just 5 mins to the center and also the nightlife place. He was good host, I haven’t seen him but he organized his doorman and lets us early check in at 4 am after we came back from sapa trip. Also his doorman very love and willing to help even he have poor English but he tried to help us. So here is the best place to stay in Hanoi. Perfect location and lovely room. I would say if i go back to Hanoi I will stay in his again.




One of the best homestays I’ve ever experienced in HCMC. Absolutely comfy, unique decor, friendly eco system in the room with natural plants but still private, and especially, superior security. Besides of convenient location ( very central), support services are constantly provided 24/7 is an excellent credit that not many landlords in the town could do. Highly recommend for those who first time go to HCMC, would enjoy fully your journey !
