Beds are so soft!! Shower had frosted screen and in same room so not as much privacy when showering if not in a relationship together. Shower itself was great, curtains blocked out light well. Definitely stay again!

Very Welcoming Hosts, Miss Hong & Mr. Anchilee. They made us feel very comfortable till we checked in our rooms. The location is perfect for those who like to walk to the markets, Ben Thanh Market is extremely close to the hotel. We booked Triple room, and it's quite spacious and beds are comfortable too. Thank you to the Hosts for wonderful experience! :⁠-⁠D

Stayed in 2 Deluxe rooms. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. More modern design than others in the area as I tried a few hotels. Breakfast was decent. The most commendable was the excellent service by the front desk reception, Ms Hong and here colleague Mr During Anh. I had issues with my booking upon arrival as it was wrongly cancelled by the travel agent but Ms Hong was very helpful and helped you resolve the matter for me by flung great lengths to call my overseas agent and even getting approval to offer me a discount. It's people like her that will make me want to return to this hotel. Thanks s Hong! Oh and the hotel is just across the road from Ben thanh market! Very convenient.
