I had two rings resized (17 and 14 to 11) by Vy (the owner) and I can't be happier with her work! My rings are my most beloved possessions, so when I picked them up two days later and they fit beautifully, I could jump for joy. An important note that both my rings were alloy (i.e. they were cheap rings!) which most shops won't resize, but when Vy discovered this fact about them, she went ahead with the resizing and kept to the previously agreed price, which I really appreciate. I can now wear my two beloved rings again, and I recommend Vy for anyone who needs their rings resized! p.s. I also couldn't resist and bought a beautiful hand-made silver ring from Vy's shop. What can I say, I'm easily persuaded!
