This Combined TESOL course is unique as it combines two elements of study: online theory and observed teaching practice. ​The course offers the opportunity to ​study the ​teaching theories online at your own pace from the comfort of your own home or office. Then you will have the opportunity to put theory into practice through the observed teaching practice with actual Vietnamese students at different high schools, colleges or universities in Vietnam.

​ This online TESOL course consists of fifteen units with or without live lessons, carefully chosen and organized to ensure a gradual buildup of your knowledge. The final component of the theory is a short essay-writing task of between 500 and 1,000 words OR a formal lesson plan with its videoed lesson performance (15-20 minutes).


Ideally, after successfully completing this online TESOL course, you can upgrade to a higher level qualification: “Combined TESOL Course Certificate” by having the “six hours’ observed teaching practice” in a “real environment” of teaching English to Vietnamese students.
