4worldlovers: Created based on our passion for kickboxing, music and community, KBF Kickboxing Studio is the home of the 10-Round (50 mins) group kickboxing fitness workout in the heart of Thao Dien.


We’re kickboxing-centered and all about real workouts. From curious first-timers to experienced kickboxers, there’s something for everyone in our technically precise kickboxing combined with the highly effective strength, conditioning and cardio aspects of our class.

We can’t promise it’ll be easy, but it’ll be worth it!

Nervous? Too shy to try? We got you! As soon as you step into our space you are part of our community. Stepping out of your comfort zone can be nerve-racking so we’ve compiled a series of quick steps you’ll follow to ease those first-timer worries.

Arrive 15 minutes before your first class to ensure a smooth experience. Checking in with our staff and receive your locker & towels.

Get your hands wrapped before the class. We provide all hand wraps and gloves, but feel free to bring our own if you have them.

Our instructor will give you a short one-to-one session, covering the boxing basics to ensure you get the most out of the class even if you’ve never thrown a punch before.

The program is designed and adapted for everyone at any level, no matter if you are a complete newbie, or experienced kick-boxer, or anything in between. KBF training programs always have something for you and will push you to your limit.

If you are new to Ho Chi Minh City and looking for the right place to train we give you the opportunity to use the gym on a one-time visit basis.

If afterward, you decide to join the gym on a long-term membership basis, your casual visit fee will be deducted from the first-month payment.
